Pros

I have been with this organization for over 7 years now. Collabera as a company is very flexible and open for being a $500M+ company. There are a lot of opportunities to grow personally as well as professionally. The leadership has great vision of where they want to take the company and there are huge opportunities for internal growth.

Cons

I have yet to come across something that you would not find in other growing companies. In fact, I have seen that any valid feedback and suggestions are quickly implemented.

Company is growing at pretty fast rate. So it demands commitment towards work, that allows you to learn a lot. Good pay master. You can even talk to CEO directly in the smoking zone.

Cons

Too stressful work environment, again that is totally project dependent

from corporate perspective they should fire employees who are not capable of working , but collabera spends for their training again and tries them next time again. better for employee but from corporate perspective..??
