      Pros

      On-time Salary, Good work-life balance, the HR team is very supportive and My HR SPOC Ms.Jasmine goes the extra mile to address the employee's concerns time to time.

      Cons

      Consultants still carry the tag line of outsourced employee unlike the regular employee at the client site. But this is an inherent problem with the service industry and nothing to do with Collabera.
