The staff suffered together. Unity.

Cons

No one cares. Bullying mentality from managers Act now think later mentality. Enforcement of rules they just think of on the spot which go against what’s actually setting stone. Managers effing and jeffing loudly so everyone can hear them. Put off a facade when the CEOs come to the place. No Christmas party, option of £25 voucher or turkey. Supervisors are actually project managers but get paid very low wage for all the hard work they go though especially when they have incompetent managers.
