      - Great people to work with - A place to obtain healthcare experience - IT company with large clientele base -

      Cons

      - Zero work life balance - Unrealistic demands on employees - Expected to monitor and respond emails 24/7, 365 days a year - Too many cooks in the kitchen (too many execs) - Horrible benefits; bonus, wages, health benefits are suspect at best. A joke for a healthcare company - Back door hiring by executives - Reduced workforce, only to replace my offshore resources - Those who whine the most are rewarded and promoted to undeserving positions - Office is antiquated and below "world class" standards for the headquarters of a company

      Pros

      Good employee satisfaction. Good knowledge management initiatives throughout the organization. Drive for innovation initiatives.

      Cons

      Onsite opportunities restrictions for new joinees. Employee satisfaction varies within organization for different clients so if you are lucky u are in a good account you would be happy else your response could be extreme if u are stuck with poor paying client. Lots of redundant processes for middle layer management through cognizant developed reporting portals. Not the best of the processes being implemented everywhere!!
