New office at One-North, very good amenities, barista, fruits, many company events at office, great culture, very active in Outreach to serve the community

Cons

As with all IT consultancy companies, there's a bench category for people who are out of a project and sourcing to find a new project, but when you are put on bench, it's the start of notice period. If you can't find a project within the first week of bench, HR will ask you resign, but while serving your one month notice and you found a project, HR will revoke your resignation. Also bonus is very little only.
