* you can try out a lot of things * you can ask your colleagues (unfortunately, most of the time nobody will answer because nobody at Cluster Reply knows the answer even to a simple machine learning question)

* most colleagues have no expertise in machine learning * few training opportunities * nobody to ask advanced machine learning questions * software development is a kindergarten
