Paid every 2 weeks and 6% 401k deposit annually.

Cons

An executive who is proud to say she's studied traumatic brain injuries, yet demeans, belittles, and talks about direct reports and others behind their backs, creating a hostile work environment. The company is proud to say that they are a "command and control" environment, which fosters the egotistical maniacs in leadership positions. One of the most divisive and least healthy companies to work for in my entire career.

Cons

Communication from the highest level of management has been poor. Often news spreads like a game of telephone. Unrealistic workloads.

The salary, benefits and coworkers are the pros.

Cons

There is no work life balance and minimal flexibility. Morale is low because the company is removing hybrid work options. CEO has declared the company a work from office company. Departments are short staffed and loyal employees are then overworked. Too much sacrifice of mental health, physical health and family time required to meet increasingly higher and arbitrary goals.
