Chubb offers a great training program, exposure to upper management, and an opportunity to build your career at one of the best underwriting firms in the U.S.

Cons

Employee retention appears to be a little low. A lot of employees us this as a stepping stone to garner better jobs at other firms.

Chubb offers stability, opportunity for advancement via management rotation program, great benefits, work on independent adhoc projects to gain visibility, depending on your team- great work-life balance, and great management.

Cons

I've been with the company over 10 years. Although, there are opportunities for advancement, it may be a challenge to move ahead in some areas of the company. That is why I'm giving a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star rating. Every experience is different. Despite my personal experience, I strongly urge you to consider CHUBB. You're experience may be different.
