      -Lots of available training resources -Systems are easy to learn -Decent pay/bonus/wage increases -Substantial PTO/holidays offered

      Cons

      -Mandated RTO four days a week -If there is a company holiday you have to "make up" your in-office day if you are on a 4/1 schedule. -Was just announced they are planning to transition to unassigned, reservable seating, while also requiring four days in the office
