Most People are good. Free Food. Manager is really good. Good bonding among people.

Cons

Too much Senior Management, who give absurd timelines. Compensation can vary depending case to case. You are either very overpaid or very underpaid.

My first job was in a swamp, but I am lucky enough to get into the Chubb, People here are friendly, Managers are kind and willing to help me grow by all means. Culture is great. Exam program is fantastic.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. Maybe the only cons is that pay cannot keep up with the living cost in NJ. But for me, it is already paid higher than my last job so no real complains.
