      I can’t think of anything. Gone way down hill. Don’t buy into it.

      Overworked, abused my management, not appreciated or respected. Nothing more than a “cheek in the seat” -direct quote from manager.

      The culture has gone downhill in the past 10+ years. There is no diversity and it’s run by a frat of middle aged white guys who are mean, disrespectful, and dishonest. Unless you’re one of “them” you have no hope for a successful and enjoyable career at Chubb. The politics and mean spirited culture is mind boggling and progressively got worse.

      + Good pay + Flexible lunch hours + Market leader

      Cons

      - Horrible toxic culture - Bosses are vulgar and regularly berate others or use vulgarities. - Incessant drinking culture for bosses which leaves piles of work for others. - Extreme lack of empathy or welfare for employees. Very regimental and authoritative management. - High office politics and internal conflict even between teams within departments. More of ACE culture than Chubb. - Terrible bonus. <1 month. Terrible benefits. - Please avoid at all costs even if you join Regional or Local teams. This is a toxic place.
