Despite heavy workloads and high production, annual compensation review results in salary increases (~1%) lower than annual inflation. Salaries are lower than most competitors. Very little appreciation shown for quality work and company loyalty. Company demands more and more each year but does not reciprocate with compensation. Very little potential to advance. I've not learned anything or evolved professionally in many years. Management refuse to address uncompetitive pay in a fair manner. Best to find employment with a competitor.
