      Pros

      If you get a good manager, you can learn a lot and have a great time. Company has good benefits also.

      Cons

      Awful systems. Systems desperately need to be updated. I lose 20% of my day just trying to get the systems to work.

      Pros

      Good low level management and team engagement. Upper level management is terrible.

      Cons

      Return to office. 50% goal increases while almost half the seats dont have butts in them. Chubb management is exclusively looking out for themselves and it shows. They are so disconnected from the day to day.
