      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to coming in late/having to leave early, but other than that this place has taken a turn for the WORST.

      Cons

      All projects, timeframes, and expectations are completely unrealistic and impossible to complete. Working over 60 hours a week won't get the job done and goes unappreciated

      Your coworkers are your family, great pay, advancement. Coworkers really are fantastic...................

      Cons

      Since being acquired, company has gone down hill. Benefits cut down and more expensive, less family oriented, no work life balance.
