Pros

Highly recognized/esteemed company, resources widely available to help with adjusting claims. Great opportunity for growth/promotions. Co-workers are awesome. PTO is great. Pay is great. Managers are great. Everyone is willing to help, no matter what their position/ranking (from AVP down).

Cons

Chubb is doing away with work from home which is unfortunate, especially as a millennial. Work is tough but its claims, which is tough in general. Technology dilapidated. Upper management is a revolving door and culture has suffered as a result. Ace culture is taking hold, causing Chubb's great culture to wither away.

Pros

The 401 K match and return is favorable. Top notch health insurance is offered however, it is expensive. There are quite a few departments which offers opportunities for new experiences.

Cons

Management, specifically in the Workers' Compensation department are rude and disrespectful. The way employees are talked down to openly is a disgrace to Chubb. Even after multiple complaints and a plethora of employees leaving Chubb completely or switching departments, nothing changes for the better. The positions that are left open and not filled timely creates two to three peoples work for one person. Though management is aware of this you will still be held to the same work product and standards. Management turns a cheek to hourly employees who work overtime without pay as if they are unaware. Salary employees are burnt out as there is no work-life balance. Management will then threaten the work from home and bonuses to be taken away. It is boarderline harassment. It is disappointing that in what should be a professional environment, the management act like children the way they gossip, bully and are untrustworthy. Without a doubt this is the worst work environment I have ever experienced.
