There is a quarterly townhall where we get to hear from the senior management. You can invest in company's share. But I think this is not enough for to stay in an organisation.

1) Extended work hours 2) Manual work 3) Slow response from HR team 4) No team activities or meetups 5) Work on weekends

Most of the Pros that I would have once given are gone. Work conditions and salary are average.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. Good leaders have all left. Refusing to embrace work from home now that it is no longer convenient for them. Talk nonstop about how customers pay 30% more however they pay employees less than other standard carriers. After the purchases of Firemans Fund and Chubb by ACE, they are struggling.
