I really like the team I work for. My manager is supportive. Our department leader has a forward thinking mindset.

Cons

Chubb executive leadership is NOT employee focused. Recently announced RTO and taking away the 3/2 hybrid model. Chubb also likes to role things out without a solid plan on integration, communication, and maintaining consistency with changes.

Depends which department you are in. I got super bad experience with my direct manager. Will never re-join if she is still there.
