Good global brand and leadership Strong balance sheet Nice vision Good technology adoption Some projects are really good.

Cons

Poor HR system who can't take any action of onsite managers are involved A few cases where Junior employees are exploited and this incidents were backed as the culprit was key resource. Managers ruin the career of employees of they hurt their egos.
