Chubb's internal data systems and data tables are a hot mess ever since the Chubb and Ace merge. They fired all their IT people and outsourced everyone to India. The Ace and Chubb data systems and sources were never merged properly and it's been 10 years since the merge. It's impossible to do anything useful or get anything done with the incredibly poor data quality. For that reason, if you are a data scientist, stay far away from this company unless you want everyday to be a constant headache.

- Onboarding is chaos due to lack of organization & documentation - Mostly old systems & tools were used in project development (slowly transitioning towards newer stack) - Project members in some occasions are abroad causing friction/difficulty in communication - Office space is really sterile, no fun to be at, and often no seats are available - Career paths are unclear for everyone - HR is mismanaged, providing vague responses to employee questions - Trainee program tends to stretch people's limits and tends to contain useless material
