      Good working peers, but most have left. If you like challenge, this is a place where you can measure how much you could bear.

      Cons

      If you are capable, expect to overwork yourself. Do not expect timeoff or good monetary returns for being overworked, there isn't much difference with those who hardly have anything to do, some may even beat you.

      qualtity work life and working environment, working with highly competent people, the location is ideal, strong program managent culture and approach,

      The company is going through a changing culture where positions are being eliminated and new ones created. this is creating an enormous amount of anxiety thus impacting employee performance.
