Cons

-Compensation is low commpared to competitors. -Not too much room for job growth.

Good Benefits. Good work life balance. Good training. Good co-workers.

Cons

Would rather pay bottom dollar to a trainee than promote and pay from within. Once you have been pigeon holed in your position, they will try and keep you there. No longer offering moving packages, even for promotions unless you are an AVP or above.

Location for long travelers. Middle of no where. Career will stall if you do not have a mentor to help you navigate the politics.
