Pros

Great training program, you are constantly learning so you can be the best at what you do and maintain the Chubb name. Great salary, benefits can be a tad bit better, excellent management always going the extra mile to help with the job.

Cons

Do not have any cons to mention at this time, I came in as an SUA, worked hard and in less than a year got a promotion. Hard work pays off in a place like Chubb, managers do notice and do provide guidance to help move forward.

Used to be a great company prior, flexible, good comp time, Profit Sharing, Bonuses, great to advance from within the company

Cons

Lower salaries, Since the Acquisition morale is very low. Very shocking for a company with the reputation of Chubb to sell out at the end of the CEOs tenure.
