      Pros

      It has been a steady company with good benefits. Where once you had to move a lot to advance, some departments have become more flexible in where you live and work. What's in the future post-sale is hard to say.

      Cons

      Virtual workplace is unevenly available. I could work from anywhere, but my dept is not comfortable with remote employees. The impending sale has caused some 'leaders' to check out and spend more time lobbying for their own jobs than leading their employees through the uncertainty. It appears some key benefits will be eliminated.

      Pros

      Chubb is very flexible with a work and life balance. Management encourages to promote from within and also provides excellent training opportunities and a good tuition reimbursmenet program

      Cons

      Pay could be better, some of the management decisions are hard to agree upon.
