      Company vehicle. Stock options and benefits.

      Cons

      Very conservative culture. Promotions or raises are very limited. I was way underpaid for the work load and level of responsibilities.

      - Quality of Work is high, and it is inevitable when you have mostly HNIs as customers. - Flexibility (WFH, Flexihours etc) - Excellent Benefits - Pay at par with the industry, though things may change n the new Chubb.

      Cons

      - Old Chubb has been slow. New Chubb may not be the same. - Top heavy
