      Pros

      Large public company, a lot of room for advancement. Great reputation in the marketplace. Easy to do business based on great relationships in the industry. Good opportunity for bonuses and profit sharing. Decent work life balance, but depends on your manager/position.

      Cons

      The medical benefits are not great, and they don't focus on fitness or office perks. With the recent acquisition, some stuff has changed for the worse.

      Worked remotely with company car, flexible schedule as long as you perform well and limited interaction with managers where they don't micromanage.

      Cons

      Very little career advancement opportunities.
