      The fist P&C company with a successful and fast growth legacy, very recognized in the insurance industry.

      Cons

      The Company lacks of systems and software, to handle to such a big operation arround the Globe, pleople invest to much time and effor on tactical duties, because of the flat org structure.

      Pros

      Upward mobility is there, if you work hard you really can make a name for yourself. The people are great, vacation time is fair. There is a lot of work which gives you a lot of opportunity. Easy to move around within the company.

      Cons

      Compensation specifically your salary. It is hard to move up in salary, the company forces you to apply out. to get a counter offer.

      Pros

      With the acquisition by ACE there could be an amazing product line up. Current employee benefits are good. Enjoyed for many years that Chubb strived to treat employees well with the expectation we would in turn treat our customers well.

      Cons

      Massive lay offs are underway with no announcements until you find out through the grapevine that your colleague is gone. Top management has determined they want the ACE culture, management, and values to prevail. There is no attempt to take the best that each company has to offer. Management at all levels now heavily dominated by white males. Unfriendly to flexible work arrangements.
