Good employee benefits, well respected company, good training programs, people are willing to help if you seek them out, best carrier in the marketplace

It can be hard to get the attention of management if you need help with a task, have to ask repeatedly for guidance, but if you develop relationships you can ask a peer

Cons

Generally boring work atmosphere, especially if you re coming right out of college. This may vary per location but that was just my experience.
