Cons

Many changes over the past 2 years due to purchases of other insurance carriers. Operating procedures appear to change week to week.

They started to outsource to India. Popularity was taken over talent,,who was friends with who,who kissed up. Political,toxic, cut throat environment. No regard for talent,knowledge,history. Chubb is a sinking ship
