Large company, Evan Greenberg is good! Needs to change faster though.

Cons

Culture not the same as it was with ACE. Chubb takes awhile to get stuff done, ACE is more inclusive. Chubb still exclusive.

-Inefficient- you don't have much authority so everything is a waiting game for approval from home office
