      Pros

      If you get a good manager, you can learn a lot and have a great time. Company has good benefits also.

      Cons

      Awful systems. Systems desperately need to be updated. I lose 20% of my day just trying to get the systems to work.

      Pay is reasonable. Leadership team are demanding but usually fair. Hybrid working is available, particularly for back office staff

      A fairly bureaucratic environment, particularly within IT which stifles innovation.
