      Pros

      The People there are great and if you have worked there for a while, you have great friends and people who will look out for you. We also have a great depth of products and are capable of writing anything and it's easy to communicate with any department to cross sell.

      Cons

      Expect to work really hard and your salary will be much less than industry norm. They are trying to do more with less people post acquisition and we are being stretched very thin. The benefits are terrible and you can never get ahold of HR to get things resolved

      Pros

      Absolutely None. Baltimore office had nothing positive going for it. Snobs.

      Cons

      Absolute worst place I have ever worked. Unrealistic work load. More and more work piled on you that you could never get close to even being caught up or ahead. Underwriters demanded that you do all of their work for them. If you took even one day off, you would return at least a week or more back in the "hole." No work/life balance. Nasty, spiteful, berating Underwriters. Management made you feel useless and you could never do anything correctly, no matter how hard you tried. Favoritism. Never trust the managers. NEVER trust HR.
