Pros

Nice new offices, locations are good and easy to get to. The locations have lots of access to shops and food.

Cons

Micromanagers that are extremely strict. Poor/ one way communication between managers and employees. Strongly encouraged to work overtime and weekends with no extra pay or rewards. Sick and annual leave is culturally frowned upon. Coffee breaks and eating at your desk strongly disencouraged. Many privacy breaches, careless with procedures, poor and inconsistent training and no standardisation. You are very much alone there, collaboration and discussions with team members frowned upon. Everyone is out for themselves. Numbers focused with little care for quality.

Pros

No reasons to work at this place. If you like a completely silent workplace then this is the place for you!

Cons

Not allowed to talk Very dated systems Not allowed to make any changes or suggest them Don't believe what is said at interview as most likely it will be completely different! If they don't like you they are very sneaky and just get you out! Certain people are protected and can do no wrong, iv had the worst possible experience working here!

Pros

We were in a newly remodeled building. That is literally all the pros I could think of. Sorry not sorry.

Cons

Working on an old Dos claims system. They have an imaging system that's separate. When the new system rolls out they'll still have two different systems. The work load is ridiculous. The company focuses more on the client needs instead of the employee's needs. It's a salaried position but they expect you to work 60+ hours a week to keep the client happy. Starting salary is low.
