Pros

If you want to pretend and good to sell what you are doing it's right place or if you have friend who's in leadership team.

Cons

- work hard to get close to leadership team and get awarded -if you want to work with people who doesn't have any empathy it's right place - people are getting redundant just before Christmas and leadership team still pretending all good seriously? - are you close friend with CTO great , you will get new pillar leadership - they are leaders who had change few times teams, pillars they obviously failed they got a lot people redundant but they are still they and event getting reward for this. - lower level managers has zero power , they have to follow what they told . -depends in which team you work . In some teams it's 3 days mandatory in some not they can't control this it's so unfair

Pros

It’s challenging for me to find any positive aspects of my time at Checkout.com but maybe a Good salary and good office

Cons

The workload at Checkout.com is overwhelming. Overtime is more the rule than the exception, leading to a sustained high level of stress and a poor work-life balance. There is a notable failure on the part of management to acknowledge or address the mental health concerns raised by employees. The relentless pressure and lack of consideration for employees’ mental resilience contribute significantly to burnout. As you here it means you are interested or you got an offer from Checkout.com , my advice for you is to find other opportunity even with less salary, you will waste your time doing CRUD work with no creativity under unprofessional leaders , I regret every moment I spent in this company
