      Mental Health at risk

      I would not advise people to join this company due to the dirty politics and non healthy work environment My mental health worsened there and the way performance review is done is completely biased. I had to wait for months in order to recover before I could start working again. The rivalry between colleagues is at its peak and one do anything possible to get promoted. Fake words like team spirit raised during sprint retrospective . It is easier to get fired than getting hired. Also the offers are tempting but it is not worth sacrificing your mental health for such things. Do not get tempted by the social media hype on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.. Many people got fired with compensation recently due to poor management skills and poor company vision. If you have a family to look after, then it is not the place where you should be adventuring.

      Fast-paced, good culture, great teammates

      - Very fast paced, so you will keep learning - Interesting challenges and projects, modern tech stack - Fairly flexible with a hybrid approach - Lots of autonomy and responsibilities - Nice office and benefits there

      Cons

      - Having lots of autonomy comes with a lot of responsibilities - Naturally, it’s hectic at time and you have to embrace this to enjoy the culture

      Nice place to work

      Pros

      - Brand new office, really well managed and close to the subway (5m walk from Francos station) - Modern and good stack to work with (working with .net, docker, aws, terraform, ...) - You can choose the type of equipment (Windows or Mac) and software (eg: VS or Rider) you prefer - Everyone I've spoke so far is very friendly and helpful About the hiring process - I had a couple of very nice interviews, but it looks like I'll (still, at least) not use the requested skills on daily work. It might change on the near future, I guess.

      Cons

      Perhaps the only "bad thing" I've seen so far is that you must be on 2 specific days/week on the office. It's not a big deal to me, but I know it's quite relevant for most people.
