Pros

I like to be challenged in my work and the projects I have worked on in Checkout have definitely provided that. There is a great culture to inspire and have fun which I feel is one of the best reasons to work for Checkout.

Cons

I have not come across anything particular, only the standard issues I have experienced in other companies; priorities shifting, drops in communication, etc, but at Checkout these feel like opportunities to be overcome, not the end of the world.

Pros

- Great culture - Meritocracy - Flexibility - Great perks - Learning and development - Internal mobility opportunities - You can easily share your ideas and feedback - Great offices - Staff wellbeing and welfare via team building funds, events

Cons

As with every fast-growing company, it is sometimes tricky to stay focused on delivering a product at a time but CKO is investing a lot in the workforce.
