      . Great work Environment . Employee Recognition . Well defined Career Path and Objectives

      Cons

      . Too many People/Team dependency that slows completion of Tasks . Planned work is not always done correctly dur to backlog and lack of resources, which most means last minute rush for Discovery and Implementation . too many Middle management and high management Employees Vs real work force = to many instructions that can become unclear and not enough assigned resources ( too many shiftof priorities due to backlog etc)
