      Pros

      A company that takes care of its employees. Our opinion is taken into consideration through monthly surveys. Generally helpful workplace culture, and the company encourages personal growth of employees.

      Cons

      It can get a bit hectic. Sometimes, work-life balance is not achievable. Also goes through structural changes quite fast lately - it can be difficult to adapt.
