Pros
Helpful colleagues. Complimentary snacks and fruits. Ideal office location in Mayfair. Not a fan of the culture but some are, so I'd say this is a biased point.
Cons
A micromanaging manager (one level below C-level) who is always checking up on you and has a strong opinion on PowerPoint styles to her liking. Very last minute changes and decisions happened all the time, which led to unreasonably long hours when it could have been more efficient. No clearly set objectives or mid-to-long-term plans that would actually help you manage workload, etc. To be fair, if it was another manager, maybe it would be a better experience.
