Competitive environment ( to the extend of fighting for sales in front of the customer ) No career growth Pretentious colleague Politics is extremely serious ( you need to choose which team to be on, being neutral kills as well) Salary package is not as comprehensive as you though it will be ( compare to market rate) Long working hours , no work life balance

Pros

Worked in Sales Force which meant we were removed from the corporate office in NYC. Did learn a lot about managing and driving a retail business. Good opportunity to build relationships with the retailers.

Cons

Doesn't promote from within. If you want to get promoted you'll have to quit and go somewhere else.
