If a coworker with more seniority doesn’t like you, you are ousted and treated like garbage. It’s sad because the job itself is great, but management allows way too much personal stuff to run rampant within its walls.

Discrimination and allow bullying. No real work, just spend time drinking coffee and smoking. Allow to be late. Lots of narcissist Managers that are pretentious. Humiliate staffs and manipulative by brains washing the staff they will get fired all the time if don’t achieve sales target or task. Work with fear. Some staff over work and some too free doing nothing. Retain useless people and fired loyal staff (actually they paid good money).
