Pros

Good Healthcare benefits, 401k, Buying Company products at Company store at almost 10% of the Market price.

Cons

Very Frustrating to work, IT investment for Hardware/Software - almost nil, so IT Developers build, test in the same environment namely Production. Manager I worked for could not take any criticism. I have worked 10% of my time late hours in my 4 1/2 years with the Manager walking away with all the credit. No visibility to Senior management at lower levels.

Pros

The discount at the company store (located onsite) is decent. The compensation package is competitive compared to other similar organizations.

Cons

The Finance department is a disaster. There is zero communication from management. The lack of organization by management makes it very difficult to succeed. The few that have succeeded have done so at the expense of others. Employee morale is extremely low. Turnover is alarmingly high in the Finance group. Management rules with fear instead of leading by example. HR seems to be aware of these issues but fails to take any action. I would not wish employment at Chanel on my worst enemy!

Health care benefits, good job/life balance, great product discount (Beauty), some of my co-workers, location, own office space, no business suit required.

Cons

No chance to advance or grow within the company. Total disconnect between management and their employees. Company has very hard time modernizing.
