      Great Company if you want to Work for Fashion . People recognize it as one of the best fashion houses and great place to start your career

      Cons

      Long work Hours , pay not as good but all worth it and get some discount on clothes .

      Pros

      Training - loads of training available to achieve industry certifications Friendly and safe environment to work in - When I joined I was worried it would be full of vacuous and bitchy people but thankfully this isn't the case - the vast majority of people there are great. Discounts and bonus are both good. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Hardly anyone leaves. Now you might think I've put this in the wrong box but the downside of low turnover is less chances for promotion. Fairly slow moving, you won't be working with the latest technology Basic pay is lower than you'd find elsewhere.

      Competitive environment ( to the extend of fighting for sales in front of the customer ) No career growth Pretentious colleague Politics is extremely serious ( you need to choose which team to be on, being neutral kills as well) Salary package is not as comprehensive as you though it will be ( compare to market rate) Long working hours , no work life balance
