      Pros

      Good pay, great commission. I loved building relationships with the clients. We didn't do to many make overs, just helped clients choose foundation and lipstick.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales goals. Hours changed based on holidays. Other than that it was a great job and I would work there again.

      Pros

      This company has absolutely no pros. Even the employee stores are not worth the money. The products are extremely overpriced for end users.

      Cons

      This company is a joke to work for. What a disorganized company. I am glad I left the company. No respect for employees who do the dog-work. No diversity at all. Total waste of time working for this company. The Boards always disagree with company strategy. VPs of departments seem to be less educated, refuse to leave the company because they can't find jobs elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone to work for this company. The company has no long-term future, and will be in deep trouble soon or later.
