      Pros

      It's an incredible brand with an inspiring heritage. Always committed to elevating the internal and external client experience. Products are absolutely beautiful. Recent improvements to the physical work space have been remarkable. Most people are absolutely wonderful to work with at Chanel.

      Cons

      Difficult / slow to advance one's career within this company. Office politics can be challenging. Some perks are great (like employee discount), but other perks are lacking (like snacks).

      Great staff allocation, lovely products

      Cons

      Management don't care about you, especially if your face doesn't fit, they make up their own rules regardless of what happened. You can't trust any of them at all, cause they would all throw you under the bus if they could. Also they will love people around when they feel like it if your face fits. On the whole I would avoid this company like the plague.
