      Pros

      Warm and cordial culture, respect for people and management takes people into consideration when making decisions. They are moving a group of corporate employees to London and instead of downsizing they offered every person at every level the chance to move with really generous relocation, really rare in today's world. People complain about work life balance, but it's actually way better than other luxury retailers I've worked at, they just don't realize they have it really good.

      Cons

      A few people are kept on and promotes more due to tenure than merit, but for the most part leaders are good.
