      Pros

      The training, education and clientele-ing is phenomenal. Everything is very high-class and the company as a whole is amazing to work for! The work-life balance is like any retailer as far as hours ect; You're always learning and growing with Chanel.

      Cons

      Pay range for this line is well below industry standards especially for a luxury company.

      Pros

      I love the hourly rate and how fabulous you feel going into work! The work itself is pretty easy and most of the customers are great to assist!

      Cons

      You always have to look your best and sometimes there are difficult customers, but for $20 an hour I've gotten over it! Occasionally I've had problems with my territory manager telling me one thing and having another actually happen however (causing a very unexpecant cease in hours after holidays)

      Pros

      Prestigious, amazing product, collaboration encouraged. I was challenged and inspired. Thankful for the experience.

      Cons

      Outstanding results and longevity doesn't secure your role. Management is not consistent, direction and goals change mid stream. You will spend time on projects that don't affect change. Frustrating environment to work in, practice brown nosing and don't challenge direction. Disappointed in the direction the company was going.
