      Pros

      Great brand to have on your resume. Nice base pay.

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged by upper management. Age and racial discrimination. Company cut all commission. Employees were use to earning a 6-figure income - dropped to about $50k (only hourly) with zero notice.

      Pros

      I worked at the Fragrance and Beauty Boutique which is a newer concept for the brand. The discount on fragrance, skincare, beauty, and eyewear was amazing.

      Cons

      -No discounts on anything from fashion (including bags) -Upper management does not have any set rules to follow with it being a new concept. They write the script as they go along -They stopped offering the employee store for anyone that’s not the director -uniforms are very uncomfortable and are not the same quality of materials that Chanel sells -No commission (These are all my opinions)
