Good performing employees are locked into current roles and not allowed to progress. a global company but poor salaries outside of US. Very quick to make employees on lower paid roles redundant, protecting the leaders and their massive bonuses. Just announced massive multi million pay off for out going CEO but at the same time employees told no bonus for this year etc. Disgusting behaviour by the CEO, he has crippled the business by focus on getting his pockets lined with millions.
