Interesting product, mostly involved people, continuous improvment mindset through 6 Sigma and Caterpillar Production System, career path (only when all lights are green)

Cons

Some top management do not take all their responsabilities and can easily switch during tough times, difficult times to switch to Gen Y and be more agile in our processes, slow company to move forward, really difficult time with business trends and cycle, especially mining being down, worldwide restructuring, people development still weak besides internal trainings
