Not much lately, been a very bad last few years

Cons

Have worked for Cat for many years, and the company has changed dramatically over the last few years. Not sure if for the good or not. Comment above about loosing talent I think will become a big issue when the economy really starts to turn and people once again have options...will be interesting to watch.
